HotRosters™ is a digital publishing startup focused on the Southern California Youth Baseball Community.
Our goal is to become one of the top brands in the California youth baseball community by providing the ultimate resource guide for coaches, players, and parents.
HotRosters is an “Angie’s List” for youth baseball, providing an online directory of all club baseball teams, organizations, private coaches, facilities, and more.
The HotRosters.com website will also provide an ongoing calendar of all tournaments, showcases, open camps, clinics, and youth baseball tryouts in Southern California.

Besides providing comprehensive resources for SoCal Youth Baseball in one convenient website, HotRosters intends to deliver upcoming tournaments, events, results, and timely content on a weekly basis as well as integrate all leading social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twiter), YouTube, etc.
HotRosters will produce and post content for deployment across multiple media channels and repost pertinent content from others.
In general, HotRosters will be the main vessel and conduit that delivers a robust and vibrant community for SoCal Youth Baseball.
PRESENT STATUS
We are currently developing a functional prototype of the HotRosters.com website, with initial content and listings, with a soft launch in the first half of 2026.
HotRosters is also now recruiting initial investors, partners, sponsorships, strategic relationships, potential advertisers, and content developers.

FOUNDER & PUBLISHER
HotRosters is founded and managed by Steve Kruse, former President/GM and co-founder for Blue Wave Baseball, one of California’s oldest and highly regarded club baseball organization.
Over the past 30 years, he has managed over 150 teams ranging from 9U to high school and collegiate levels. These teams have played more than 10,000 games and won more than 150 league and tournament championships, as well as 13 national championships.
His teams have also produced 450+ collegiate and nearly three dozen professional players.
Besides Blue Wave, Kruse has an impressive background in management and growing companies in the PC software industry with more than 25 years of successful executive-level experience as a President, CEO, COO, and CMO, including a stint as a key executive for PICK Systems in Irvine, CA.
Kruse started his career as a journalist, newspaper Editor, and Publisher in the Pacific Northwest, where he garnered 16 national awards for writing, editing, and journalistic excellence.
